1. Select an Abode New Home that best suits you and your lifestyle. One of our consultants can provide you with an itemised estimate and a prospective site plan on your block. The list price is locked in for 30 days.
  2. If the build estimate is to your satisfaction, we now move into the "pre-home construct" phase.
  3. The deposit is now due (which is deducted from your first instalment), of which covers the following upfront costs.
  4. Preliminary drafting.
  5. Site classification test (list price is based on “S”” class soil)
  6. Site inspection, measure the heights of the block.
  7. Your Abode New Home list price is now locked in for 60 days. It is important that you work with us to finalise all documentation before the 60 days to get your new home started on time.
